終戦問際、同盟国から新兵器を輸送中北極海で死亡したとされる。
半世紀後、当時の姿のまま生還した彼は超人的な能力を以て任務を甫開する。

At the end of the war, he was presumed dead while transporting new weapons from allies through the Arctic Ocean.
Half a century later, he was somehow revived, and continues his mission with superhuman abilities.
